Eating & Drinking

The Hollybush takes eating very seriously. We’ve got different menus for different moods and occasions. If you’re in a hurry, or just want to graze or snack, choose from our deli board or sandwich menu. You’ll find seasonal specials that change daily on our blackboard, and an a la carte menu that changes regularly. Guests are more than welcome to mix and match, or just share a bowl of thick hand-cut chips, a bowl of olives, and a plate of chorizo.

Our chef and his team are passionate about food and dedicated to making the most of local and seasonal produce; while our front of house staff are friendly and attentive.
